Benjamin Kaplan

Benjamin Kaplan is founder and Co-CEO of Prometheum. Prior to founding Prometheum, Benjamin was a Partner and of counsel to Gusrae Kaplan Nusbaum PLLC. At Gusrae Kaplan, Benjamin practiced securities, corporate and commercial law, with a concentration on FINRA/SEC enforcement and regulatory matters. Benjamin gained experience in broker-dealer and clearing firm regulatory compliance, building and operating broker-dealers, corporate structuring, guiding foreign-owned U.S. broker-dealers, and other broker-dealer related areas. Benjamin is an attorney in good standing and a member of the Bar of the State of New York. Benjamin holds a Series 7, Series 63, Series 24 and Series 99 license.
